The Long Time Austin is the perfect venue for your next creative event or party. Just 12 miles east from downtown Austin and nestled on a country road among small family farms and ranchitos, The Long Time Austin is a 5-acre playground for your imagination.

Past rentals have included weddings and rehearsal dinners, corporate retreats/off-sites, film/video/photography shoots, class/family reunions, quinceañeras, just-because-you’re-happy happy hours, and of course, all manner of kickball/softball/baseball-themed birthday parties.

Our rentals usually take one of two routes: 1) we work with you to design and execute your perfect sandlot experience, including coordinating activities (home run derbys, screen printing, yoga!) and vendors (food and beverages) OR 2) we give you the keys to the gate and let your imagination run wild.

  • Sandlot-sized baseball/softball/kickball field complete with home and visitor dugouts and a scoreboard

  • Art gallery (versatile house which has also served as a bar/lounge, photo booth, movie theater, escape room, etc.)

  • Multiple covered areas including front and back porches of main house plus 3 shade pavilions

  • Concession/Bar area with access to water, electricity, and refrigeration/freezer

  • 4 restrooms

  • 2 tetrahedron campfire sites

  • Kitchen with food storage and prep space

  • Stage (with house PA system for rent)

  • Tables/chairs for 20 to 30 guests
