Food and Beverage When Concessions are Open

When food and beverages are available for purchase, we ask that you NOT bring any food or beverages into The Long Time.

The only alcohol permitted on the premises must be purchased and/or dispensed by authorized servers. Texas State Law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to any person under the age of 21. No one under 21 is permitted to consume alcoholic beverages inside The Long Time. Guests are prohibited from taking alcoholic beverages out of The Long Time.

Concessions may contain common allergens (peanuts, dairy, wheat, etc.) If you have any food allergies, please be advised and take precautions.

We provide clean drinking water for your convenience, so the only thing you need is an empty, reusable water bottle. For safety and environmental reasons, all glass containers and single-use plastics are prohibited.

Food and Beverage When Concessions are Closed

If food and beverages are NOT available for purchase at a particular event, the venue may be declared “BYOB” meaning you can bring food and beverages into The Long Time. We still prohibit all glass containers and single-use plastics.

Tickets/Entry/Re-Entry

Some events are free and open to the public, while others are ticketed and open to the public, while others are private. We do our best to make this clear in the marketing of the event, but please send us an email if there is any question.

For our Long Time Play baseball game events, those will be free and open to the public the majority of the time. Occasionally we will have ticketed games ($10) which can be purchased in advance by becoming a member of the club or you can pay upon arrival. Each ticket is a revocable license subject to termination. The Long Time, in its discretion and without compensation to the Holder, may refuse admission to or eject the Holder if the Holder acts in a disorderly manner, violates The Long Time’s policies, or fails to comply with applicable laws.

Guests who must leave and re-enter may do so through the main gates. Guests who plan on re-entering at a ticked event should be prepared to show proof of purchase of their ticket.

Children ten (10) and under do not require a ticket.

Transportation

Please carpool and use rideshare apps whenever possible. Do not drink and drive. If you need to leave your vehicle at The Long Time for any reason, notify a Long Time staff member.

Waste Management

Don’t Mess with The Long Time. Please pick up after yourself and look for the appropriate receptacle for your waste: Compost, Aluminum Cans, Landfill. We do not provide Recycling containers since recyclables should generally not be produced at our events. By coordinating with our vendors we have pushed as much waste as possible into the compost stream. Out of respect for The Long Time and Maxie, no glass or single-use plastic is allowed (repeat offenders will be subject to ejection).

Water

Water stations will be set up to provide clean drinking water for our guests. Please bring an empty reusable water bottle to enjoy this healthy perk of The Long Time. In keeping with our long-term sustainability goals, no cups will be provided.

Weapons

No weapons of any kind are permitted inside The Long Time. Guests who are found in violation will be subject to removal from The Long Time and possible arrest. The only exception is law enforcement personnel in the performance of their official duties.

Weather

Since we are a 95%-outdoor venue, the chance of inclement weather affecting an event is rather high. Events may be canceled or delayed. No refunds or exchanges will be offered. Please stay tuned to @thelongtimetexas on Instagram for the most up-to-date information regarding rain delays and cancellations.
